If an individual or a business is proving difficult to locate, our in house Trace Department can instantly locate them, simply by having a name and a previous address. Our tracing services can also be used to locate lost friends or relatives.

Dispute Resolutions and Litigation

If you are involved in a dispute over money, our team can assist you by negotiating on your behalf, ensuring you recover the maximum amount of the debt. In the unlikely event that the matter cannot be resolved in this way our panel of solicitors can assist in taking the matter further. All solicitors on our panel are regulated by the Law Society.

Enforcement of County Court Judgments

You may have been awarded a county court judgment and discovered that it does not always guarantee your debtor pays. Our agents can usually obtain payment by contacting and visiting your debtors regularly, however in some circumstances enforcement action may be required.
