We have used Progress Debt Recovery a few times and have always found the service to be very helpful but I would like to take this opportunity to mention the outstanding service of Damien Butcher, the team member who has been assisting us with our latest collection requests. Not only has Damien kept us updated regularly at the progress of the client, but also goes out of his way to provide us with useful suggestions on how to make the most of the situation, even going as far as helping us amend our terms and conditions to benefit us in case these situations should rise again.
It is very rare to come across someone who performs over and above what is expected of them but to date, Damien has impressed me with his attitude and level of service and I hope we will be able to use him on all future collection procedures.
